1. Volumes and proportions
An introduction to the anatomy of the bust: the main volumes and the proportions of the face, neck and torso.
2. The eyes
A method for sculpting the eyes and brow ridge as the face begins to take shape.
3. Nose and mouth
Build the nose and mouth and explore their relationship.
4. Details and hollowing
Refine the details and give the face its own character. Finally, hollow out the head with care to prepare it for firing.
