1. The wheel and the clay
Discover different clays and clay bodies. Learn to wedge, centre and work 400 g of clay to make your first form: a cylinder.
2. Rounded forms
Explore new forms, such as bowls, learning to shape and curve the piece.
3. Finishing: trimming
Trim and refine the pieces made during the previous sessions.
4. Decoration and glazing
Decorate unfired pieces and glaze those already fired, exploring two finishing techniques.
